Today I had someone ask a few questions about training, and while I gave a few general outline answers I informed him that he really needed a specific training plan to get what he was looking for. His response was, 'so tell me'. When saying that this is my job and I don't work for free on these things I was told that...
I was in it for the money.
I had no humanity.
I have an education from America and should share it.
I need to be helping the people who have no money.
1. I am not a charity.
2. If I wanted a job based on money I would not have picked the fitness industry.
3. HUMANITY - I do every speaking engagement for free in the country to help bring better education on health and fitness to people. I do SHARE my education and HELP others.
4. I have sacrificed my family and friends and life I had thousands of miles away to do the job I love and to help change people's lives here in India.

This person told me it was "an easy answer" for me to give... What most of you never see is the hour and hours of time spent on planning and research we trainers and coaches do behind closed doors. Smart, great trainers put in endless hours of planning for you to get the results you look for.
I am not in the profession for the money, but I do value my work and time and know what I have to offer. I know my value and my worth and I am not afraid to stand by that.
