American born and living in Mumbai, Kimberly moved to India to help improve the quality of health and fitness in the country. She has worked as a Master Trainer Educator for multiple brands, raced competitively and given talks and lectures in her field for 2 decades.
Shah is co-founder and program designer for REWIRE28; a health and wellness program designed to help develop a healthier and sustainable lifestyle through using the practice of mindfulness.
She has spoken on the TEDx platform in India, talked at universities and numerous organizations. In the fitness industry she specializes in endurance training and running biomechanics, as well as fitness lifestyle programming. Racing competitively in the sport of triathlon for over a decade, she brought the first triathlon to Gujarat to help introduce a new sport to the country which is rapidly growing today. She has directed an organized several running events throughout the state. Having a love and appreciation for the arts, Kimberly has also worked with artists for the past twenty years from being sculpted and casted, painted and photographed for sports and fine arts.
