ENDURANCE TRAINING
A specialist in cardio training and running biomechanics, Kimberly has coached athletes for triathlons and endurance races from Elite to beginner throughout US, Australia, Europe and India for almost two decades. Not only does she have the coaching experience, also has the racing experience, having been a competitive triathlete herself, racing all distance.

She offers multiple options in training for triathlons from sprint to full distance (Ironman), as well as training for running races at all distances. As well as computerised training programs for cycling events of all distances.
All programming is delivered through Training Peaks. |
